SAS is an extremely bad place for international students.
St. Andrew's-Sewanee School is is very xenophobic and prejudiced against international students. SAS keeps saying that they will not harass students based on origins or races, but it is not true. SAS
harasses international students by limitting their freedom. SAS inhibits international students to hang around, or become friends with each other, and to use their native languages. SAS disregards the identity of foreigners and does not treat them respectfully.
Besides the harassment by the school, the environment is also very bad for international students. The community is too small, the location is too inconvenient, exclusive atmosphere, the majority force their values on others, underhanded harassment, no comprehension of minorities, some students are extremely mean and rude, some radical racists, etc. SAS is not a right place for international students. I would never recommend this school to non-native English speakers.…
