Hoped for the best.... Heard from a different consignment store about Boutique 180, and thought I would give it a try. I was created by the male owner and had a fine experience during my intial drop off. I informed him that I would be out of town, and would not be able to pick up the items they did not want to sell until further notice. I was told, "oh, come back whenever you get back into town, we will have it here for you." Okay, I thought, shouldn't be too hard. So I left my items, thinking they would be responsible about the situation. After my trip, I went into the store the following day. When I asked, "Can I see what you decided to keep and what you don't want." Male owner said, "Oh, my business partner/girlfriend liked you things, she must have kept it all. Ya, I think she kept most of it." I responded, "Most of it? Can I see what isn't MOST of it?" It went on for a bit of being told, "oh it isn't here right now, stop back in." Turns out, they brought whatever they didn't want to the near by donation center, and so now I have NO IDEA what they actually kept to sell. I asked for compensation for this all to be done, and received an angry female owner telling me how she cannot please everyone and the only thing she could do was give me a 60% of my items rather than 50%. I will not be using their services again, and would not recommend for anyone else to either.…
