Awesome Time

I just used Designer for a guy's night out. One of my buddies just came back from serving in Iraq, and we wanted to give a Marine a proper welcome home. There were cheaper companies that I called, but I really liked dealing with the people on the phone at Designer The girl on the phone was nice enough to indulge me for probably 20 mins on that first call lol and walked me through the website so I could see the different cars she was talking about. I ended up bookin the 35 passenger, we went down to AC, and it was a hell of a time. Our driver Leon had a great attitude, and he didn't mind pulling over for all the smokers in our group. I want to thank Designer for helping to make our Welcome Home party for Jason a success!

WARNING!!! USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Terrible limo company. I was overcharged on my trip and They promised to give a refund. We are now six months later and he is refusing to take my phone calls. Please do not do business with this company. ...‎

I am a college student over at St. Francis and I frequently charter coach buses for campus events. For my last event this limo company quoted me $2000 GRATUITY INCLUDED in hopes I would be a return customer. The limo bus ended up breaking down which delayed my event three hours. I decided not to leave the extra tip (which was my discretion) since I was already pissed off. August 23, 2009 I live in Staten Island and don't commute to Manhattan much. This company wanted cash instead of credit card “for tax purposes.” I told him I have no problem paying cash. They requested I come in the day prior so he knew I was good for it. Since I thought they were a legit company I told him to take my credit card as collateral so I didn't have to go there. I paid him the next day. Two days later I see an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $800. It has been a week and the

By BBB – October 13, 2009 I checked this company out on the Better Business Bureau and saw not one good thing about this place. They have 2 outstanding complaints against this company, and I urge all others to do the same and file complaints with BBB, the NYC Taxi and Limo Commission (212-227-6186), as well as the Consumer Affairs of NY (973-504-6200). – November 2, 2009 I booked this limo company for a night out with the guys, and was given a limo with broken televisions. I asked the driver to help out and he did not know what to do. I asked him if we can get another limo, and he told us that there were no more available. We had a 2 hour trip to Atlantic City, NJ without the televisions working. I think that Designer Limousine is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. They are manipulative liars that will ALWAYS back down on their word. They have various complaints against them on the Better Business Bureau and have ruined my night out with me friends

Outstanding Business

I was referred to Designer Limousines by my cousin who had previously used their service for his wedding, i was looking to book an 8 passenger vehicle to celebrate my fiance's birthday this past June, not only was their staff polite and tremendously welcoming over the phone, but when i had stopped in their office to take a look at some vehicles they treated my fiance and I as if we were apart of the family. We had an amazing time in their 8/10 passenger Chrysler 300, and i look forward to booking with Designer Limo for my upcoming wedding.
