Terrible service – Arrogance at its finest. Don;t seem to be interested in actually helping the customers.
Great experience. Beautiful products – I have worked with Fancy Fixtures on a number of bath and kitchen projects. They have all turned out beautifully. Their products are high end, but they also know how to help you do a budget project by using some unique pieces along with inexpensive background items. They have great soloutions to problems and have a lot of experience. They have always added up every single item before purchase and explained all the things you need. Other places have you order the main item and you only find out later all of the things you need to go with it, causing delays. They know their business and they really can take your ideas and make them into an amazing result. Have nothing but good things to say about them and I refer a lot of my friends to them. You must make an appointment to work with them because they are very popular. Don't let that discourage you, it is worth it!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE – My contracter reccommended this place to me to buy fixtures and tile for the bathroom I was renovating. Sara or Soheila was the person helping me at FF. Although she was helpful with ideas I find the whole experience to be less than satisfying. The customer service at FF is awful. Each time I had an appt there Sara constantly picked up her phone. She actually had a full conversation with her friend while I sat there. Meanwhile when I called she would rarely take my call. After I paid my balance in full upon receipt of the merchandise they had the audacity to tell me a month after delivery that I owed them more money. Sorry but it does not work that way! I have no problem paying what I owe but making up numbers after the fact, its just unheard of. They are completely unprofessional. Sara or Soheila also added on more materials to my invoice without my consent, which I did not need. Then she told me that she mentioned it to my contracter. Meanwhile who is the one who pays the bill? I think the worst part of my FF experience has been there lack of courteous service and admitting when they make a mistake. The act as if they never make any mistakes. If something goes wrong its your fault always. I have heard ppl say this about them. Its disappointing bc now I want to do other parts of my house but I will not be using them for sure. In todays market they better treat you with respect when you shop bc there are a lot of competitors out there that will be happy to take your business.
Don't fall for the recomendations, like i did....not a reliable place! – Well, I took the trip as my good friend suggested (he heard they had nice tile).
I have to say, not very nice experience. It is just not the comfortable feeling you want, I ordered for one bathroom and had so many problems with promises not kept, I decided not to proceed with my master retreat bath. I went elsewhere in Nassau County and had a great experience!
I'll write a review on that place one day in near future! (Happy shopping!)
tile store – dont' go here, their prices are high and receptionist is rude. my recent experience was very disappointing, while they promise good service, they don't deliver
