I had my wedding there back in 06. I had a nice list of complaints back then. Would I get married there again? No. Wedding factory. Enough said.

ANYONE CAN POST LIES ABOUT YOU, YOUR COMPANY ETC ON THE INTERNET AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING YOU CAN DO. USDJS HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER DONE ANY EVENTS FOR ANYONE IN FRANKLIN SQUARE !

USDJS ENTERTAINMENT, LEONARDS OF GREAT NECK. My daughters sweet 16 was on 1/20/2012 and I must say Patrick Hall of USDJ'S and his staff are AMAZING!!!!! From the first day I met Patrick he said that my party was going to be amazing and it was. The lighting was exciting, the performance of the staff was very professional, photographer and Videographer very patient and courteous. Patrick had my guests dancing for hours, to the point where they were exhausted but kept wanting more!!! I was amazed to see how much they went above an beyond to put on a fantastic show. I will recommend this entertainment company to everyone, you will not be disappointed. Leonards was wonderful as well, the staff was very nice from the Doorman to the Banquet Mgrs, Zara and Ian and Michelle the maitre d'. AMAZING!!!!! Gary Cress from Elegant Events did my centerpieces and decor and the room was breathtaking!!!! I dont know how anyone can possibly have a bad experience working with these wonderful people. I cannot describe how I felt at the end of the evening but the only thing I can say is "THANK YOU!!!"

US DJ's ENTERTAINMENT/leonards of great neck. This is the worst of the worst companies and DJ's He Patrick or Sohan what ever he is going by on that day will ruin your special event. He is rude and will not give you what you payed for. I ended up in court with him and he knows the system like he has been there many times before you will not win.Leonards of greatneck continues to let him work there so they are just as guilty. save yourself the heartaches and bad memories and look elsewhere. Sad in Franklin square!

Should Have listened.....SIMPLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!. Decent to look at, however service is horrible. Throughout the whole process of planning, we must have been bounced around to 4 different service managers. I had my wedding here in August 2010. We had a huge party of 600 people. First, the manager had the nerve to send someone in to bring me to his office because they counted an additional 20 people and wanted the cash right then and there before they serve any guests. And this was just after me and my new wife were just seated in front of everyone. I paid you for 600 people and you're complaining about 20 extra people?! Ridiculous! No bank is open on a Saturday evening so I had to use the money that I was going to give the matre d and other vendors. I wrote a check but they wouldn't accept it. This is how the Groom is treated on his big day. They brought the food out with only about 45 to 60 minutes left in the wedding. Party was ruined as nobody really ate anything and so hardly anybody was on the dance floor. Needless to say, I totally would never even consider this place if you want a worry free day. HORRIBLE! Look Elsewhere.

worst experience. leonards of great neck has the worst service, they lie to get your money and will treat your guest with no respect. If you are looking into hosting a event there.....I say take your money else where....i am so glad my wedding is over and i dont have to deal with them anymore.

Everything I have say about them is NEGATIVE......i paid for OPEN BAR and they Ran out of alcohol. how does that happen???? THey didnt put out plates at cocktail.......Their staff dont care about you...try another location....

WORST SERVICE EVER. I recently had my wedding at Leonard's La Dolce Vita; Great Neck, NY. They have the worst service ever. They have their marti'd meet you on the day of your event and told you that your marti'd would be capable and able to handle everything you need. How wrong they were. We had such an inexperience marti'd that basically screwed everything up for us. If it was my sister knowing what to do and saving our night for us, we wouldn't want to remember our wedding at all. Leonard's staff even try to use a table cloth full of holes on it. When it was asked to be changed, their staff gave us such a nasty comment about it. We would never have a event there again and never recommend any of our friends or family to do so as well. I also want to point out how Leonard's handle our problems afterwards. Leonard's deny everything, have the marti'd write a retaliation letter and did not response to us for over a month and only response to us after the fact we contact them again when it was over a month. If you want a horrible experience for a special occasion this might be the place for you, otherwise look for a place with a better service!
