SARASOTA REAL ESTATE. I would like to thank you both for the great job you did for me on the purchase of my condo in St. Pete. From the first time I talked to Karen on the phone, to the closing, you two made me feel as though I was as important purchasing a lower priced condo as someone who would purchase a million dollar property. I sure appreciated you doing the walk thru for me and taking all the pics since I wasn't going to be able to come back down from Pa. for the closing. I was impressed with you keeping me abreast of every detail thru the process and when there was a problem with the condo association, you took the time to go from Sarasota to St. Pete to handle the situation. I enjoyed working with you both and looking forward to getting together with you when I am moved in the condo!
