Horrible Customer Service and Dingy Hotel.
The staff was rude. We arrived at 12pm and told the girl at the front desk that we were here to check in. She said, "no you're not. Everyone is checking out late today so you can come back at 3:30." The entire hotel had a very musty smell and it felt dingy. I would not recommend coming here ever. Anytime I had a question for the front desk they were extremely rude and I even overheard a guest asking a simple question and getting the same horrible attitude by the staff.
