This place is a ripoff, they ran my credit card for a part over the phone. It was supposed to be a brand new part, When I got it, it was broken so I drove an hour one way to take this part back. When I get there I didn't have the card with me that I paid over the phone with but it was my wife's card, I had a card to the same account. The guy working kept saying no no we can't do that it's policy. The transaction cleared two weeks ago, and he could have just done a refund to my card. I know this because I am also a business owner and know that the terminal goes both ways. A refund can be completed. So off for another one hour trip to get the card and back one hour to let the creep swipe the card. This is completely ridiculous when they gave me a defective part to begin with. The whole point of lying is in hopes that I will save my 2 hours and $40 in fuel and let them keep the $150. This place needs to be shut down.
