Bad service and bad management. The service is as snotty as it gets, well screw that, I'll take my money elsewhere. Yes, the food is very heavy with cream sauces, and way pricey. Real Italian it is not, more like asian fusion Italian, but does not really carry it off. You would be better off going next door to the Thai Basil, food and service is excellent!

The bruschetta is drowned in balsamic. You can't taste the tomatoes even. The parmesan they put on tastes like jack cheese, and just as flavourless. The salad was swimming in Heinz tomato ketchup. What a way to ruin nice arugula.

My main was the buffalo special, especially high at $39, and drowned with some sugary syrup. The mac and cheese style side was more like mac and sugar.
