I enjoyed the experience. I think the test drive set the tone and was the reason I bought the car. it was very informative. Over all it was a good experience. However, I paid too much for the car.

In a nut shell though this place is very dishonest and has no issues with stranding someone an hour from home with no way to get back....
This is not a car dealer!!!!. I went in to buy a car,I had bad credit, and was without any transportation. i was treated nice and respectful. That didn't happen to me in Reno. I drove out in a 2010 Subaru Impreza AWD that I love. thank you Jesse Rooker and all of the sales staff, I forgot the finance dept. is second to none they got me 5.9% with my 569 credit score
Bought 2011 Pilot.
I'm so happy I bought a new Pilot with all this snow! Everybody's sliding off the road - not me!! Gordon (my sales guy) explained everything - I mean everything about this SUV. The buying experience was fabulous - Even the finance guy wasn't pushy! Definite 5 star rating from me.

I just bought a new Pilot from Michael Hohl Honda in Carson City. Brent and Jon made it a totally great buying experience - they even made it fun. I negotiated what I feel a great deal and I have an awesome new SUV.

Terrible post-purchase support.
I'd give them less if I could. The sale process was fine, but they overlooked an important item in the safety inspection.
They failed to inspect my van I purchased there properly, and I almost got into a major accident for it. They then refused to call me back to discuss the problem.
