I agree with all the negative reviews. I went in on 3/14/13 with lots of designer labels. The gal at the desk said they frowned on the Chaus brand yet I saw Chaus in their isles. I had Ralph Lauren, Austin Reed yet she said my items were old yet what is on the floor I would not be caught dead in...at least not in the sizes 16-18 which I ended up donating since I just had a hip replacement several months ago and did not want to haul out the 2 large bins of clothing that I came in with....if I weren't so busy (I live in Pasco)...I would stop in just to see if they put my better clothing on their racks yet they did give me a donation receipt for Community Pride Child Care. I know if I felt better and had more time I could have gotten good money from Jay's or another consignment shop. Further, the gal at the desk talked down to me...she said the scarf attached to one of my outfits was more of what she was looking for... I put her to the test on that and said, "Perhaps I should collect on the scarf." Her reply was "actually, I was going to throw it out."

Stay away...there was nothing in the store that I would have considered purchasing. You can buy Coach bags at the Orlando Prime outlet for less than their asking price.

Don't waste your time. Too much inventory!! Not accepting anything!! I wish I would have read the google reviews before I went because everything the bad reviewers are saying is correct. All non personal customer service aside, I think the biggest problem is that they probably accepted too many things in the beginning and now are not taking anything, which they should tell you on the phone instead of encouraging you to pack up all your things and drive there just to waste your time. I saw a lot of things in the store that were no where in as good of shape as what I brought in and smelled bad, that they obviously accepted sometime prior and now had an overprice on them. The one employee did tell me quietly that the reason they turned down by 250.00 designer pants with the tag still on them was because they had too many things. SO WHY DON'T THEY TELL YOU THAT ON THE PHONE BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!! Bottom line don't trust a business that isn't up front with you and don't waste your time taking anything here, unless you have nothing else to do with your time, but pack up and unpack all your things.

Best value Best Quality Fun staff. They have excellent quality clothing that they buy from you. Keep brininging your better brands so i can keep buying them!!! Always a fun shopping experience here and always new inventory.
