do not rent. Do not rent from this guy, he's a complete flake. I reserved the rental 6 months in advance (Jan 2012), and a month prior to the rental date the contact phone numbers didn't work. After more effort trying to make contact, I get an angry email from the "owner" canceling my reservation. Apparently he got mad that I contacted the reservation service I worked through, which seemed to me like a perfectly reasonable thing to do when the contact information I was given didn't work.

He refuses to refund my deposit and even tried to then take additional money from my card, AFTER CANCELING MY RESERVATION. So in addition to being a flake, he's a thief too.…
