Waste of time.

I went in to keep up my Muay Thai training, I simply asked for some thai mitses and someone that could hold them. I live 15 minutes outside town, the guy on the phone just told me to come in and they would fix it.
I drove in, the guy first asks me if I do Thai Boe (wtf), then he is asking about belts. Fine he's a gym guy. When I explain that I am pretty good at muay thai he showes me a pair of cheap boxing mitses.
All over the world Muay Thai mitses are standard equiptment. The attitude was not very silver city, I guess the owner had this old idea of how Golds gym in L.A used to be (I've been there it's nothing like diamonds).
My conclusion is that the standards of this gym is about the worst I have encountered in all gyms I've been to through out the world, including Thailand and Kambodja.
- Pros: None that I could see.
- Cons: Did not listen to the request.

Diamonds does not have all of the bells and whistles of bigger (and more expensive) gyms.. What they do have is a straight-forward facility with good equipment, plenty of variety and a friendly, helpful staff. Free weights, machines, aerobic exercisers of all types and a small amount of boxing/sparring gear. Oh yeah, they do have a tanning bed, and tanning is included with membership. Overall a great value for the money, and a great place to go and get a workout.
