Worst Experience Ever!!. This was the worst experience my family and I ever had in Aspen. We rented a condo during the holidays and it was a nightmare!! Overflowing toilets, locks that did not work, electrical outages, no hot water, etc. We spent half of our vacation waiting on repair men and being inconvenienced, basically taking care of getting all of the repairs done on the condo. We paid alot of money for this condo... in advance, and the owner and management company have basically blown us off. They have made no good faith offer to us to compensate us in any manner for all of the trouble. We have contacted them numerous times. I would never rent with this company under any circumstances again. They are not to be trusted!!
