What People Are Saying About Taco Bell

In Short – A pink and blue color scheme, white tile floors and hacienda-like arched windows combine for a subtle Southwestern motif at this fast-food chain. Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.
Editor's Tips
- Save Money:
- Cut costs on your favorite dishes by ordering off the Big Bell value menu.
- Know Before You Go:
- Want to cut calories? Items that normally come with cheese and/or sauce can be ordered "fresco style," which substitutes with lighter fiesta salsa.
NOt so great

It feels as if they don't know the meaning of customer service. One or two staff are friendly, but the others aren't. I had ordered ten tacos but was only given three hot sauce packages for ten tacos. Felt as if they were greedy with the sauces. Asked for more and was given an attitude by the assistant manager. As for the drive through, it makes one feel as if they trust no one. THey have there drive thru window locked at all times and the wait is a good ten to fifteen minutes. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
- Pros: clean
- Cons: nonfriendly staff, greedy with sauce
