Hi Tim, Tamara just went over the changes in our homeowner's insurance plan. She did such a wonderful job explaining the problems and the solutions and what had to happen to make it work. I feel so lucky to have someone so caring and thorough helping me. I bet it's unusual for you to have a client rave after their rates increased a little. However, Tamara helped me understand the rationale for the changes and I am satisfied that you were effective at keeping the rates lower than they could have been.
