in·com·pe·tent :Not having the necessary skills. I would never recommend this agency to anyone living in or around northern Colorado. The Agent and staff are not trustworthy, very incompetent and have no idea what "peace of mind" is. I'm sorry but you will wish you hadn't even considered Brian L Binder as an Insurance Agent. I can not say the same for American Family. Over the years they have been great. The only problem is they weren't willing to make Brian and his staff accountable for the terrible mistake they made. I ended up having to contact the insurance commissioner of Colorado. Its been a real mess.…
