the treatment you get from the staff is wonderful. They gave me all sorts of advice for activities in New Mexico. The room was nice and clean, not very spacious, but fine for one night. I was even given vouchers for a free breakfast which was also nice. And all of this for just 53$! I would certainly come again.

I have been bringing my teams to Las cruces for several years. First time booked this hotel. Everyone in my group had good things to say about this hotel and the outstanding staff. I have always had team members that have complained about the choice of hotel but pleasanty surprised this time. We will be back again next year.

I have stayed at most of the hotels in Las cruces. Without a doubt, the two best are the Encanto and the Ramada. Both have restaurants, bars and conference rooms and both are excellent hotels. I enjoyed the ramada stay because their service seems much better than the Encanto. The food quality is also better here. It is also less money than the Encanto. My choice for the next twelve months.

My room was very clean and cozy. I slept well my bed was very comfortable. I have stayed at more expensive hotels in Las Cruces and had terrible service and smaller rooms this was not the case here. Save your money and spend it at the New Club and restaurant they just opended -very trendy great drinks. I was impressed and the food was fantastic. I'll stay here again- Two thumbs up!

The staff is super friendly and accomodating. Using the ballroom for a dance setting, our organization is very happy with all aspects of the service, food, and room. The staff was available at all times when we needed them. The food was yummy, hot, and plentiful. The ballroom is beautiful and has a great built-in dance floor.

stayed at several hotels in las cruces over the past couple of years during business trips re space port. my first stay here. forget the other hotels in town. this is the place. nice lobby. nice style. warm. inviting. comfortable. great food in the restaurant. nice casual bar. friendly caring employees. what did it for me was when the owner brought over a complementary dessert for me and asked how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. really nice touch!

This was our second time here. We stayed here in March/April earlier and had a wonderful time and this visit was as wonderful. This hotel is a great value for under $100. Great bar and restaurant, really memorable food, very good service and friendliness. The manager has this cute little dog called 'Gidget' that my wife wanted to take home. Nice people, nice place.

Beautiful southwest style hotel with great ambiance and a tropical interior swimming pool. Rooms were very good and the food was outstanding. Very gracious service.
