Delicious food & atmosphere the service was great

I'm the owner of ABC Physical Therapy Somerville & have been going to Verve Restaurant for many years. I tell all our patients to go to Verve because the food is a 10+++, I have never had a bad meal or service there. They have a bar downstairs to relax at before dinner and a beautiful New York style lounge/bar upstairs so you can relax and have fun and private conversations if you want. I just love the place. All our patients that have gone to Verve come back to us and tell us how great the place was. Rick the owner always takes care of everyone and they have Hugh parties there all the time and even on Sundays and I have never heard One person complain in all these years. If you want to have perfect ambiance/atmosphere and excellent bar drinks and food that is out of this world its so tasty then go to Verve I give them a 10+++. Thank You Will Medway :-)

Horrible customer service

I was trying to set up a dinner party for my husband's birthday at this restaurant. Unfortunately the owner/manager was so smug, rude and inflexible he would not allow me to book the party without having a set menu that he chose or without guaranteeing the EXACT number of guests (I estimated 22 attending as per my list of invites.) When I tried to explain to him that I could not send out invitations for a SURPRISE birthday party without specifying the location, he noted that they could not help me or accomodatethe party. Unless you want to be treated as though you are an insignificant piece of dirt, I suggest that you not go to this restaurant.
