Burned Scalp. Scott Diamond dyed my hair which caused 5 burns on my scalp. The salon refunded all my money EXCEPT THE TIP I foolishly gave to Scott before I realized I was burned. Nesha the owner offered no apology for what happened to me. The tip should have been refunded out of Scott's pay check. 5 burns....and no tip refunded....pathic!
