Horrible customer service. I went to this restaurant many times. The customer services is getting worst and worst. Today, I went for lunch with my wife, we stand infront the counter for 3 mins. We saw 2 dirty tables, the rest were occupied. The lady in the counter just ignored us and standing there do nothing. Never ask how many of us, are we dine in or take out, never told us to wait a second for the table to be clean. Servers never feel like cleaning the table for waiting customers. We feel like we were two idiots waiting there.

The food was okay, and acceptable( from my previous experiences). However, my mood was destroy by this horrible customer service and feel like my business was not appreciated. I asked myself several times, Pi's Asian Express is own by Pi's Management which has several restaurants in town, why the customers services will never even meet the standard.

I am not a person who will spend times to complaint around, so I walk away from the restaurant and decided not to going back there for lunch or dinner. Will never recommend to anyone because the incident happened on me was not acceptable.
