"Seaside Family Fun Place". We used to do mini vacations to Wildwood, but with fuel costs being what they are this season, we thought we might try something closer to home!! We looked at several motels in Seaside, but were quite dissapointed!...Either the rooms were dirty or TOO many many drunken college kids monopolizing the pool!.We continued down Ocean Ave and stopped to check out this place!...WOW!!! what a difference!! They had 3 rooms left and they opened them up for us to see and pick the one that we loked the best as we learned they are really condos and are not all the same!! Staff and managers really go out of their way to see that you have the best stay no matter how long you are there!! Free Hot Dogs on Thursday at the pool!!!...Who does stuff like that anymore?? We hear there is a great Columbus Day Parade And we booked for that weekend . We also were told that prime summer weeks book fast, so we left our deposit for 1wk in July 2012!! If you are looking for a family spot,give them a try!!!

Best Place to Stay at Seaside Heights/Park. Well, I must say that my experience at Ocean Terrace was BY FAR my most favorable!! Check-In was simple, and they prefer you see the room before check-in (not everyone does that!). I stayed in a Double-Deluxe room which was fairly priced and was descent in size. The room was spotless and even smelled clean. Located right across the street from the beach/boardwalk The Sawmill, The Beachcomber and the Funtown Pier... AWESOME LOCATION! My fiance and I watched the sunrise, sunset as well as the moon reflecting off of the ocean everyday from their Sun Deck, which was ALWAYS clean. There were elderly people, families, couples, and young people there. Everyone got along just great. The pool was well-maintained and the temperature was perfect! They even provide pool toys!! Lastly, The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! By far the best hotel/motel experiance ever. They not only wait on you hand and foot, they treat you like friends. I was VERY impressed and most definately will ONLY stay here from now on. They won my vote. Do yourself a favor- STAY AT OCEAN TERRACE!!!!
