worst hotel. We have always stayed at the glendale hotel. recently we stayed and its not the same, the pool was horrible and green and weren't allowed to swim in it. Our door was broken to our hotel room and we told the owner and they said they would send someone and never did. It looks like someone kicked the door at one point it was so loose that even with the lock i was able to push the door and fit my hand and you can see it outside. Very disapointed the bathroom smelled and the room smelled like old people and the ceiling to the bathroom was so low i kept banging the ceiling a few times bathing while washing my hair. and i am onlu 5 feet 5inch. Never stay there again horrible place and horrible owners.

Very disappionted !!!. For years my family and I have always stayed at this motel . However, since they changed owners a couple of years ago, the place has just gone way downhill since. The original owners kept the place immaculate and did not allow teenagers to stay overnight. It was a real family -friendly place.

Recently we were down Seaside, and stayed at their mini-suite room. The room smelled awful, we found a few waterbugs in the kitchen cabinets and some crawling on the floor near the stove, the refrigerator smelled/shelves were rusted, there were dirty stains on the carpet & walls, the window screens had big holes which made flies come in when we tried to at least air out the room. When we went to complain to the office about our filthy room, he (the manager) instead of switching us to a better room immediately, told us to find and tell the maid on our floor. To further disappoint us, we found her sun-bathing on a beach chair by the pool. We immediately canceled our vacation stay right then and left immediately. We were amazed, shocked, and disgusted with management, lack of service, filth, and will NEVER EVER RETURN TO GLENDALE MOTEL IN SEASIDE HEIGHTS !
