I GOT SICK. I got FOOD SICKNESS! Do not eat at this place. I love carabas, but will never eat at this one again. They admitted fault and said it would be taken care of, and now won't pay for the hospital bills! Don't take the chance, I know I never will again!

An open kitchen churns out wood-fired pizzas and fresh-made pastas at this casual Sicilian-American chain.. In Short
Decorated with family photos of founders Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba, the open dining rooms pack groups of friends and extended families into four- and six-person tables and booths; smaller parties or couples can grab stools at the open kitchen's adjoining bar to watch chefs make dinner. The traditional southern Italian menu offers grill specialties like steak Marsala and fire-roasted chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes; pasta dishes include fettuccine Alfredo and garlic-sauteed shrimp with linguine.

Great for a chain restaurant. Though the chain restaurant feel is evident, the food is excellent and the wait staff is friendly. The seating area is open to the kitchen so every once in awhile you see the flames go up and you can imagine your chicken sitting there getting flame roasted. I love the dipping oil that comes with bread and the portions are over-sized so bring your appetite! The only negative thing is that you may have wait awhile to be seated. In the summer when the Bennies are in town, you can wait up to 2 hours so call ahead and get your name on their list. Overall a great choice for casual dining!

great restaurant. Their food is excellent! We have been there quite a few times and never let down once! Highly recommended. Prices are great also. Do not expect to be seated right away, call ahead of time.

My favorite restaurant. Only complaints are the wait for a table...usually at least an hour and the hostesses aren't the brightest group of people...they lack communicaton. The food is great and the servers are wonderful.
