Terrible management people

great salesperson, made promises. once signed onto them, everything changed. lady manager there very rude, didn't keep promises, let property go to pot. Treats tenants poorly & in a condecending manner. highly advise against these people as property managers or as a tenant seeking rentals from them.

my ant just passed away and i was at the funeral the property manager new about what happen and when i came home there was a 3 day notice on my door to pay the rent in full or leave . but 2 days before that i let him now that i was gona be at the funeral with my family and that i needed some time to git every thing togeter so i said when i git back ill pay the rent . i came home and there was the notice . he is horrible and very evil person . his name is joel evil joel .

Poor at best

I have rented with them for years. it was the worst exsperance that you could i ever had. Staff is rude and uncaring. properties are run down and un maintained. all they are is rent collectors.

Great company to rent from!

I have been renting for years and this is by far the best management company I have used! The office staff is amazing! Great properties and great people to work with!
