I'm not really sure how their prices compare to other vets, but I would have to guess that they are on the higher end. I don't mind paying a little extra for such a well-qualified and friendly staff though. The only thing that some people might mind is that there are a lot of vets, so if you don't specifically request the same one every time, you might get an assortment. We've had at least 3 different ones, but they were all great, so I don't mind. Their website is very helpful. You can make appointments online and get e-mail reminders when your pet is due for his check up. The facility is gorgeous and clean, inside and out.
I love the staff at The Princeton Animal Hospital/Carnegie Cat Clinic! Everyone is so great -- friendly, helpful, personable, and they all clearly love animals. I always feel such peace of mind when we bring our cat in since I know the techs and vets are concerned for his well-being and aren't just interested in getting him in and out the door. They are always thorough in their examinations, ask a lot of questions, and listen to our concerns. They have great hours, including late nights/Saturdays/Sundays and are also on call 24/7. Of the three or four times we've taken our cat, at least 2 were last minute appointments and they were able to accommodate us right away.
Their bedside manners and follow-up practices are great. My cat unfortunately was hospitalized over the Thanksgiving weekend, and they were even OK for me to call every 2 hours to check her situation. Updated me with all her vitals and et cetera. But, keep in mind, if you allow them, they will not go conservative on the diagnostic tests, and it WILL cost you a fortune. PS. But be better safe than sorry. For example, my cat went there with GI problems, they told me they'd recommend to keep her over the day and examine her, instead of sending her home with meds (conservative approach), which cost me a lot more. But during the thorough examination, they have discovered she had a case of pneumonia from inhaling her vomit. They caught it early as a result, and the cat is doing fine.
I like Princeton Animal Hospital's reputation, and I already come with my older pet. The service is great.
You diagnosed Isabel's choking as a collapsiong trachea, and told me not to put a coller on her. She has been better ever since. Other vets made light of her choking even though it was getting worse.

I chose Princeton Animal Hospital because of my confidence in Dr. Miele's surgical expertise and the convenience(hours of operation and proximity)
