First time at Haldeman ford and we were trading in 2 cars. They gave us a fair price and we were happy with the deal. Scott was a terrific salesperson and was great in explaining about what the car had to offer us. We will be back again.

Great dealership to deal with. Bought my F150 from Haldeman Ford and they were very helpful and not pushy. Had a few issues after I got it with the service dept, but after the service manager left (fired?) and the new one took over, WOW what a great change. Overall, I will continue to use them for my truck's service and will buy from them in the future.

Everyone at the dealership was more than helpful, they took extra time to get me into the new truck that I wanted, which was not easy to do. Graham Kirby took the extra time to show me everything about Ford trucks, options, special features, warranty, ect. The finance people were above and beyond patient and Scott Haldeman was very helpful. I will recommend this dealership highly to my friends and family. I brought our F-150 in for an oil change, Carlos was the Service Rep that helped me. He informed me that there was a recall on our truck and explained what needed to be done and how long the fix would take. I was very satisfied with the service. Carlos has excellent customer service skills.

This was the second dealership I went to in search for a car--the gentleman was a lot more helpful and didn't once bring up the word leasing. He really seemed to want to work with me in getting a car and although I haven't made my final decision yet, this dealership is definitely in the top in really being willing to help and giving out affordable and quality choices.

Lauren was extremely helpful especially when there was more work needed to be done to the car and she was able to provide me a loaner vehicle so I could get to work.
