My Experience!. Excellent massage and facial. After reading the last review, I was reluctant to go there but a friend told me that Massage Etc was the best around, so I figured, what the heck I will try it once.

Well, let me tell you I had the best massage and facial I ever had. The therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and very good. She massaged all the right stress spots and I felt very relaxed and calm. I was told to drink plenty of water and she even offered to show me some stretch moves that would help my lower back and shoulders.

My facial was wonderful, the little lines on my lips practically disappeared and I felt rejuvinated;;

All in all the whole experience was wonderful and I will return to this spa. Prices are fair and resonable and very convenient parking. Good job!!!!!

Pshycho-lunatic Owner!!!. Two weeks after spending a weekend with girlfriends in Avalon and dropping over $1,000 btw. the five of us, I returned to Avalon and Massage Etc. with family. As we arrived at the spa to schedule 4 appointments, Joan (the owner) greeted me like she had never seen me before, obviously she had forgotten about the $1,000 day the my girlfriends and I gave her two weeks prior. The very cold and unfriendly greeting puzzled me; however, we were directed to her "assistant" to schedule our massages. The poor "assistant" had no clue how to schedule appts. so we told him the time and treatments that we needed. He told us that Joan would call back to confirm the appts. later in the day. We missed the first call, and called on our own two more times with still no confirmation. The following day we called to tell Joan that because we didn't receive a confirmation, thus not getting babysitters, that we would not be coming in. She began yelling into the phone and said, " I am going to charge your credit card! You'll just have to fight it out with the credit card company!" I replied telling her that that would be illegal...... It was disheartening to hear her irrate rage come over the phone. This woman is CRAZY! Beware, whatever you do, don't give her your credit card number until the treatment is complete!

Anyway, sorry for the poor review, but I was so disappointed :(

I was rejuvinated. I can't begin to tell you how relaxed really feels. I thought I'd relaxed before, but I was wrong. Ladies, if it is gift time this is what you NEED to ask for trust me. This place gets a perfect 10 from someone who WAS perfectly stressed out. Thank you massage etc.

Total relaxation. Beautiful serene atmosphere, total professionalism, clean, inviting and excellent certified therapist. It was a wonderful relaxing afternoon that both my husband and I fully enjoyed.
