In Short – A cheerful foyer and flowing fishpond give way to the main dining room. Chandeliers hang from drop ceilings while muzak accompanies the bubbling of strategically placed aquariums. For starters, tiny grape leaves stuffed with minced marinated beef and summer rolls filled with shrimp, pork, vermicelli and fresh cilantro are authentic without being cliched. Saigon offers multiple steaming varieties of pho. The texture of the pork in coconut milk curry sauce is lush and velvety.

We have been going here for over three years with two children. Best Vietnamese we have found in either the Philadelphia or Chicago area. Worth the drive over the BF bridge, especially considering there is a huge free parking lot to use. Try the shrimp rolls, chicken curry, shrimp with lemon grass, egg quiche on broken rice, shrimp on sugar cane over vermicelli, multiple soups, all inexpensive. And don' t forget fried banana ice cream for dessert.
