WASTE OF MONEY - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I contacted Todd's Chem Dry to clean my carpets after receiving a good coupon. The worker's arrived REAKING of cigarettes and coned me into spending double what was estimated on additional treatments. I also had them work on a urine stain. They sprayed my furniture with the liquid solution and did not wipe it down or notify me. My carpets look the same and the urine stain smells worse. This place it a TOTAL rip-off!! I called customer service and all they would do was come back in 5 days and I'd possible have to spend additional money....ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So, please DO NOT use this company unless you want to throw your money away. I read all the reviews and thought perhaps they improved over time...THEY DIDN'T!!!!…

I too read the reviews after the fact. Came in with dirty equipment. Flew in and out. leaving a muddy mess. When it dried it was so sticky I could not run the vacuum cleaner. I rented a machine
at the food store and re-did the carpet myself. Got out buckets of filthy dirty water.
I wanted someone to come see the mess, but they declined!! Never again! A rating is requied, but I don't want to give them any stars.…
DO NOT USE TODD CHEM DRY. I am so frustrated and disappointed with the work and customer service of Todd's Chem Dry. I had a small water leak in my basement. I had them come by to clean up the carpet down there. Not only did the spot not come up AT ALL, they overcharged me by $85 and refuse to refund me the money. The guys who came over to do the work tried to upsell me everything. I called the company and received such horrible customer service. They simply do NOT care about their customers. I want everyone out there to know that they, IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM, should use Todd's Chem Dry.…
Could have done better myself!. I've steam cleaned my carpets before with a borrowed Bissel & done a better job than Todd's Chem Dry. I also had two large chairs done. Came out 'just okay' until my husband & I went to move them to another room a couple weeks later and realzied the entire underside of the arms where nearly caked with hair/dirt. They obviously didnt feel the need to clean the whole chair. Do not recommend! Try another Chem-Dry or rent your own Rug Doctor / steam cleaner.…
not good. no thank you todd the chech and chong movie where they fall out of the car or was that some othe rmovie anyway the truck was dirtyer that a trash truck and i dont want them to bring that dirt in my house…
