Terrible service at the bar for lunch. What ever you do when you have to wait for a table, DO NOT SIT AT THE BAR FOR LUINCH and I mean DO NOT SIT AT THE BAR< the barteander has two service stations to take care of plus the 10 or 12 seats at the bar, and no one came to give her any help. We juist had the soup and salad special, never got the 2nd bowl of soup, gave up after a 20 minute wait. NEVER AGAIN

TOO crowded. Love the salad dressing but the breadsticks were poor. They were underseasoned and not cooked enough. The wait time is ridiculous partly because there aren't enough waitresses. The waitstaff they have is overwhelmed. Anything over a 45 min wait in my opinion is too long and that's the norm at this location. If you order the soup salad and breadstick lunch its unlimited refills. This place either doesn't want to refill your salad bowl or simply can't keep up which isn't good customer service.

Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant.. In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

You could get a better meal from Chef Boyarde in a can. Let me start by saying I hate most chains. But I loathe this chain. It is such horrid. The food is so underwhelming and its atmosphere is like chuckie cheeses. If you really need to eat out and want italian I highly recomend a dinner or a local BYOB as there are tons around the area any more. If you must go take 40 dollars and burn it first cause after you are done eating here you would have just done the same thing.
