Place doesn't call you back. I was told by a family member to give this company a call to refinish my floors. I called for an estimate on floor refinishing. When I called, I got an answering machine and the guy called me back in about an hour. He came by a few days later and gave me an estimate on refinishing my hardwood floor in one room but told me he couldn't fix the pet stains in my other room by refinishing. I could afford the cost of refinishing and told him I wanted to go ahead and get the floors done then I asked for an estimate on all new flooring in the room he couldn't fix and he said he would write up an estimate at his shop and drop it off. Over a week later and no estimate so I called and he answered. When I informed him I was still waiting for an estimate, he said he thought he was all caught up and said he would pull my file and get right back to me. A few days pass and still no call back. I called one more time and got answering machine again. I left my name and phone number and told him I was very interested in getting my floors done through his company. I said that I wanted to get the one room refinished at the very least. I never got a call back. I gave this company chance after chance to get me an estimate and I thought I made it very clear that I wanted to get my floors done through them. I don't quite understand why a business wouldn't want to take my money and do this simple job. If this company is treating other potential customers they way they treated me, they won't be around much longer.
