needs some TLC

Your usual local place that's been established for an eternity and it shows in the upkeep - poorly. Pizza is so so, but they have good roast beef sandwiches. Staff is ok, but chose to "knock" the town to a perfect stranger. A large "hefer" was coughing as she worked near food...go figure...
- Pros: good roast beef sandwich
- Cons: needs a fresh paint job or deco should be updated
