WORST ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN CENTRAL FLORIDA.
Poorly trained vets (misdiagnosis of my pet...they didn't fess up to their screw up *until I was in route to a competent vet!)
Worthless staff (someone explain how after 24 hours of supposedly getting IV fluids and a report of no vomiting, the cat was more dehydrated then when he arrived)
overpriced (500$ for misdiagnosis)
Don't bother calling the "corporate number " (all I got was a snotty tech telling me she didn't like my attitude when I got a call back...so much for their claims of being "accountable " on their website.…
Concerned owner. I was so disappointed. I went to Val-u-vet after hearing how great their service was and affordable they were. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! They informed me that my 5 year old mix had cancer. They did a blood test which came back with no information of cancer. They said there was nothing they could do except send us to a specialist. I took him to another doctor and found out he had an infection not cancer. Dr. Kim told me that he had to be neutered for the cancer in his Testicles. Dr. Oliver informed me that that doctor was incorrect but could not give me a proper prognosis. DO NOT TRUST THEM! You get what you pay for…
