best floral shop around. this is the second time I used them. Both times they have performed outstandingly. They handled everything. I told them I wanted this and that and to spend so much. I didn't have to do anything, It came in real helpful being a guy and all and not knowing dookie about flowers.

Great customer service !!. I was thrilled to find a flower shop with such friendly sales help. They offered to deliver any item they sell including the giftware I ordered. My daughter was extremely happy with her arrangement and Snowbaby statue. It was exactly as the girl described and lasted for 2 weeks !! I'm hoping to stop by their shop when I visit my daughter. I highly recommend this shop !!

Horrible Customer Service. This place has horrible customer service. I called to ask what time they were open until and that I was coming from work in Toms River. The woman I spoke to told me that they could not stay open any later because they have lives too. How rude can you be? Like I don't have a life!! I would never recommend them. Frank's Florist is so much more pleasant to deal with and they are open later!!

Customer Service. Lisa from PJ's was very attentive and knowledgeable about ordering a plant and fruit basket from 15 people. If I lived nearby, I would surely use this Florist again. Lisa made an ordeal turn into a pleasant experience.
