my hair has never looked so bad before in all my life

This is the worst place by far I have ever been too. The stylist left in the middle of doing my hair, my hair has never looked so bad before in all my life, very unprofessional. I went back the next day to get a correction by the OWNER, after applying color and wash, owner gave me a towel asked me to dry my own hair her words where “ when your done, your done” asked me to leave right after.
