I had the same issue. Several years ago we ordered 4 large pies and they each had a different topping since all the kids have differnt dislikes and one had allergies. The order came and they all had the four toppings on them he told me we should have then clearer refused tio give a refund and refused to make the order over. Even told me it was my problem!!!! The pizza is just ok there. We were ordering it because the prices are very reasonable. Tonight my pizza arrived after an hour ice cold. I called and asked for another pie, ASAP. They told me
they didn't know when it would be out. This was not acceptable since I had waited a while, and was ready for dinner. I was upset and spoke to the owner. He was VERY rude and hung up the phone on me a number of times. All I wanted was my dinner in a reasonable ammount of time. After we exchanged words I told him I just wanted my money back. He refused to refund my money and told me he would call the police on me if I called back. All he would do was send another pie. After the way he spoke to me I didn't trust any thing comming out of his kitchen. I was shocked by the horrible treatment. I assume that he doesn't treat all customers this way or else he wouldn't have a business. I understand that weekends are quite busy in a restaurant. Clearly this place needs more staff, and some anger management classes for the owner.
Needless to say I will not be going back. I would be more upset if the pizza were really good, which it isn't. You get what you pay for....…
