Great Management. I have lived here for 5 years and love every minute of it. I just wish tenants would follow the no-smoking rule.
Management needs a new attitude....
Management has no sense of urgency...let's say...its raining and your ceiling is leaking...they will get to it. The property manager Teresa is new and she replaced Sherry, both are ladies that needs
communication skills. As a result of the recession Korman Suites must have cut back on training, because these ladies are not helpful and rude. The office staff are truly clueless and don't know much...or anything...Crazy! Teresa acts as if she is there to keep the seat warm and not help others out. Heather is new as well as she is clue-less as well.
Maintain is wonderful...
If you move here just don't ask 2nd or 3rd level questions, because they management staff is not prepared. The place is ok, it just if Korman Suites can overlook such rude behavior it makes me wonder what is the upper echelon management like?…
