My daughter went to a lot of bridal shops looking for the perfect dress for her wedding. When we went to Kay, they made her feel special and treated her like the fairy tale princess she dreamed of. She purchased her dress, the bridesmaids purchased their dresses and the flower girls dresses were ordered. Every visit to the store we had 5 star service. Alterations were reasonable and were completed timely and professionally. I would recommed Kay above all the other stores.. Jennifer and Donna were delightful...(as were the others).. Thanks ladies :)

Great Bridal Shop!

I was having a real hard time finding a wedding gown that was appropriate for my kind of wedding and for my age, and other shops were definitely not helping with their rudeness, while this shop was definitely very helpful. I was very much discouraged, and felt like being a bride again at my age was just too unusual but the workers always made me feel very comfortable and beautiful and did a wonderful job in helping me find the perfect gown for me. Thanks to them my overall experience as a bride has been wonderful, and I definitely encourage every bride-to-be to visit this shop and purchase their gown there.

Wonderful experience!

It was my first time looking for wedding gowns and the first store, I did not even have an appointment but they dedicated their time and their whole attention to me anyway and were so helpful. They were very professional and experienced, in fact they immediately understood the style I was looking for and helped me try several gowns on. They gave me very useful input without being too pushy or judgemental. I did not even need to go to any other place. I found the perfect wedding gown in the perfect bridal shop with the perfect people on my first day out. They have such a wonderful selection with affordable prices. If you want to have a great experience and a wonderful time while shopping for your wedding gown, this store is perfect.
