The New Me!. Life can get in the way and after a long two years of doing nothing with my hair, I decided it was time for a major change! I live in the area and drive past the Manor all the time so one evening I stopped in & made an appointment. I brought JoAnne (my stylist) a photo of the hairstyle I wanted and she really took the time to talk about it with me. She was confident and caring and when she was done, what I saw in the mirror literally brought tears to my eyes! It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I felt like the ugly duckling who became the swan.... Thank you JoAnne!

Crisis averted thanks to The Manor!. Two weeks ago I was in one of my close friend's wedding party. We all went to her choice of salon to get our updos done. Mine turned out being an absolute disaster: frizzy and the curls falling out before we even paid! Directly from there I went to The Manor in a panic. Despite it being a really busy Saturday afternoon, they squeezed me in. They were all so very gracious about it and needless to say, my hair turned out absolutley fabulous! The curls stayed in the entire evening! They totally saved the day!

Best Salon Around!!. I have been a client at the Manor Salon for many years. I absolutely love the friendly atmosphere that is experienced while you're having your services done, they make you feel right at home. Lindsay is my hair stylist and she never ceases to amaze me with her coloring and cuts! She is really great and up-to-date with the latest styles. When I can swing it, I always head to Liane for a full body or a hot stone massage. She is absolutely amazing and leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed when your massage is over. I've also had European facials with both Tiffany and Chris that were completely euphoric. I highly recommended the spa for a relaxing get away! I personally think that the Manor Salon is one of the absolute best salon and day spa's in the Gloucester County area. You can not go wrong with anyone there!

I am in love with my Keratin treatment..... I got the treatment done by Christina and have nothing but positive things to say! My hair is shiny, healthy & frizz free! I can dry my hair in 10-15 minutes & my hair doesnt frizz in this humid weather... I will def be back to get another treatment!

Great Experience!. I recently went to The Manor Salon for the first time, after it being recommended from a few friends. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the front desk and their assistants were very efficient in getting me set up for the stylist. My hair has NEVER looked better (thanks to Nicole)! Also, a few days later i went to get a facial by Tiffany, and enjoyed every second of it. She was able to answer all my skin care question and made the proper recommendations for my skin type. All in all it was a great experince and i would recommend The Manor Salon and Spa to anyone!

Fantastic Salon!. I just moved to the area and was nervous about going to a new salon. A neighbor recommended the Manor Salon and I gave it a try. They are in the process of renovating so I kept an open mind about the decor. I got my hair colored and cut and I absolutely love it! Everyone there from the front desk to the stylists and shampoo assistants were very warm and friendly and I felt comfortable right away. I was very satisfied and will definately be going back!

Worst experience here!. I am very upset with the manor. I only get out to places like this once a year, if that. I am a mother of two young boys... Money's tight, so it's special treat for me. For our anniversary, I got the best package! The Great Getaway. Hubby was so nice, he added a hair coloring and haircut tot he package, so I would have a real awesome day. I called to schedule the appt, they couldn't do the whole package in one day, so I had the hair cut & color on one day, and the rest was scheduled for a month later. The haircut & color was nice. I gave my gift certificate, and was on my way. Then, I got reschedule for the package. Ok, no big deal. Then I forgot when the appt was scheduled for, so I missed the appt. It was my older son's birthday and we were out of town. I called and rescheduled. I'm getting ready for my appt, when I looked at the back of the gift certificate. It's less than half the money put on it. (full price was $320.90) I had $155.90 left! Now I'm upset. I called, and was told that the gift certificate was void, since I missed an appt, and that the haircut & color was $165.00! I would never have had my hair done if it cost that much! My hubby called the manor, wasn't happy with what he was told. He was fuming. Me? I'm really disappointed & mad. I was supposed to be getting a full body massage, mini-facial, makeup application, lunch included, paraffin spa pedicure, paraffin manicure, hair treatment and shampoo & hairstyling. I cannot get that with what is left. I was not told that having my hair colored would cost more than half of what their biggest package costs!

Ehh.. I had my first experience at The Manor and it was just ehh. I thought the employee's werent trying their hardest to impress a first time client, not the friendly kind of atmosphere youd expect for the price. It wasn't that it was too over-priced and the stylist did give me the best she could, but if I could drive about a half a mile more and get same results for a better attitude and enviroment ...? It was a decent looking salon - a little dated but with hearing such high expectations and other reviews with calling yourself "high-end" having these feelings make my experience just ehh.

complete perfection. The Manor Salon and Spa is the friendliest upscale salon around. The salon is located in a Victorian house which gives it a homey feel. The staff is all wonderful, catering to your every need. I have had just about every service offered and all the staff and technicians are very experienced and layed back. No one is pretentious and I never have to wait for my appointment. The owner is very friendly and always seems happy, which in my eyes is a reflection of the salon as a whole. The receptionists smile right when you walk in the door and always acknowledge you are there. The assistants offer coffee, tea or cookies during the service to ensure complete comfort and relaxation. I would recommend for anyone to go to The Manor Salon. Just see for yourself!!!
