Jay West Bridal

They should be ashamed of how they take advantage of people!. I am so upset at the way Jay West in Haddonfield, NJ treated my son's girlfriend. She had purchased a very expensive prom dress from them. When she tried it on in the store it fit beautifully. A week later after she took it home....with no alterations it does not fit. And I don't mean by just a little bit,it doesn't fit by 4 inches. She did not gain weight for this dress not to fit. I think someone switched the dress before she took it home.

After they returned to the store to try to solve the issue and exchange the dress they were told that all sales are final and the best they can do is sell her a new dress at a discount. Well the new dress will be a larger size....too big.so now she will have to pay for alterations. So what discount did she give her. And she now has 2 identical prom dresses.

This is extremely wrong! How can a business take advantage of people like this.…

HORRIBLE Experience...... Honestly, I regret walking through that door... WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I walked in and it was as if I didn't even exist. I had a woman sitting directly in front of me, not willing to help once so ever... I looked through a few gowns, honestly they where all beat up/smelly, and missing beads. I didn't even want to try them on anymore. So I walked out toward the door. Finally acknowledged by the women who avoided me when I walked in and simply said have a good day, I was honestly furious.…

Great Selection. My friend who was married last year told me about this bridal shop which has a great selection at reasonable prices. I live in NYC but I got married in NJ and I didn't want to pay NYC prices or sales tax! Jay West had a great selection of wedding dresses and beautiful jewelry. My sales consultant was very helpful and knew exactly what would look best on me.…

Best Bridal Shop Around. This store is fantastic. My mom ordered her dress from another store initially and they dropped the ball and told us her dress wouldn't arrive until the week before the wedding (this was a month before the wedding) even though she placed her order 5 months before the wedding. So we had to get a dress elsewhere and we went to Jay West where I got my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses and JAY WEST WAS SOOOO HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I wish every bridal shop operated as Jay West did. They have a beautiful selection of dresses and the bridal consultants are so knowledgeable and helpful; it's great. I would definitely recommend this place to any bride.…
