Chrysi's Bra Boutique

Excellent service and great for larger-sized bras/fittings. I feel compelled to publish a review here, as I've had much more recent (and positive) experience than the old reviews listed on this site... I have shopped at Chrysi's several times, and all of my experiences there have been extremely positive. I appreciate having a specialty shop like this where I can receive personal attention and find the special sizes that I need. I've had a chance to speak with the owner on a couple occasions, and the staff have been very helpful. I'm usually helped by Kathy, and she is wonderful! On my first visit, she helped update my fit after I lost a bunch of weight, and although I didn't love all of the bra styles she offered (I wouldn't expect to), I left there with several daily wear bras, several special bras, and an exercise bra, all of which I love! I've returned since there for new bras over the years, and I would definitely recommend Chrysi's, especially for women who need a special size or need a fitting.…

Worst Customer Service Ever. First off, I was never even measured.Then, this woman kept bringing back bras way too big in the band size; I should not be able to fit a hand in it-it should be snug.My opinions were also ignored.I told the woman that several of the bras she brought me back were too loose.She goes and claims that they are tight and I shouldn't have anything tighter, even though I could move around way too much in it.

The service is deplorable.I would never recommed Chrysi's to anyone.Apparently, their motto is "the customer doesn't know what they want and is wrong".

Later I went to Walmart and they had no problem pointing me to what I needed.Also, a hell of a lot cheaper.…
