Horrible Staff

Dr. Gleimer Jr. is good. But the staff is horrible, I mean horrible. I am actually suffering because of their laziness, inefficientness, unprofessionalism and wickedness.

Wow that is a terrible story. Ugh! I wouldn't go there either. I've been to penn Orthopedics in Cherry Hill right down the street from this group. They are located at 409 E. Rt 70. Their docs are very professional and very experienced, they will not do surgery unless absolutely necessary. My dear friend just had both of her knees replaced by Dr. Israelite (she is in her late 60's and was long over due) she did so well and this doctor like the others in the practice took such great care of her. She went to Penn Presbyterian for the surgery, in phila but she said it wasn't a big deal at all. all of her other visits when needed are done in the Penn Orthopedics Cherry Hill office. Their number is (856) 857-2561. Even their staff is polite and very helpful! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been in this office many times and I completely agree with the prior review. I KNOW EXACTLY WHICH DOCTOR YOU SAW JUST BY YOUR COMMENT. The office staff IS horrible and very unprofessional. Not to stereotype or label, but judging by the way the office staff speaks, I don't think one person in that office has even a high school degree! And their attitudes - oh my god - they are just plain awful. And I will say, Dr. D - totally innapropriate and unprofessional behavior. I just wish more people would stand up to him as well as the office staff. The office is very dirty and dingy and I always felt rushed after waiting for 2 hours. The office (and the staff) needs a major overhaul!

This was the worst, most unprofessional and inappropriate Doctors Office I've ever seen.

After getting lost, I was 10 mins late for my appointment and rushed in. I was greeted with a "Ya Gotta fill out all of this". I sat down filled out the paper.....and hour and fifteen minutes later they asked me to pay.....30 minutes after that I was put in a holding room in which I waited another 20 minutes. The Doctor greeted me with " You have beautiful eyes, but I'm sure you get that all the time".... I He then proceeded to tell me how bad I was going to cry when the cast comes off my broken wrist because I will be so stiff. I was seen for the quickest 10 minutes of my life to be told that t they wouldn't give the X rays that I was referred for... they said " Ya can't do that here"... This is after I watched 5 other patients get X rays. I said where can I go to get X rays to that were recommend and they responded " I don't know, look it up". I have excellent insurance , a Masters Degree and I am clearly not going to be pushed around.... I canceled all my appointments and think this office is an absolute dump. It is gross, closets are broken, dusty, wallpaper hanging off the wall... but the dirtiest thing in the office was the doctor and his awful staff. Stay away!
