great mechanic. Jay has been my mechanic for the past 20 years and he has never let me down. He is honest, fair and the work he does is of the highest quality. I would never even consider going any place else. And if that wasn't enough, he's a great guy, too.

Honest Mechanic-Great Price. I really like this place. I called up to get an estimate, which they couldn't do over the phone. The lady just said "cheaper than the dealer will charge"

She was absolutely right. Jay just charged me for the work I needed. Another part I had been worried about Jay said it was fine and didn't need to be replaced. Plus he got the work done on time the same day, just like he promised. I was really happy with the work and the price.

I will use them again.

By far the best. By far the best auto repair shop I've ever dealt with.Jay was awesome. I brought my truck in after having a really bad experience with another shop. Jay was honest, upfront, and reasonable. Jay takes pride in his work.

BEST MECHANIC!!!. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best auto repair shop around. I had a real crazy problem with my car and I called and dropped it off at West Chapel Auto. It took Jay a couple days to figure out the problem, but the end result is my car is running better now than when it was new. I am very happy with Jay's persistance to figure out my problem, rather than throw a bunch of parts at it. It wasn't cheap to fix, but the money was very well spent. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you guys!!!

Horribe Service. The owner said he could fix my car. I left my car there and checked up periodically. He continuously said that he was getting to it over a three week span. I finally decided to check on the vehicle and found out that he had not touched the car. After three weeks!!! He changed his mind and said that he didn't want to work on it because once he looked at it he figured he didn't have enough time to dedicate to the problem. He wasted three weeks of my time, after continuously stringing me along.

If you have time to waste and don't need your car back anytime soon go with this guy.

Also, if you want to risk not getting your car repaired at all.

Poor reception. I just called for some information. The reception was so unfriendly and made me decided to go to another shop.

I suggest they hire another reception to save their business.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. So, we all know times are tough and despite my desire to "stimulate" the economy, I'm not going to be able to purchase a new car for awhile, so last week I took my 9 year old car here for an oil change and a comprehensive inspection.

From my first call to make an appointment, I was impressed. It was so nice to feel so respected and welcomed in their shop - I've been to some in the past where the atmosphere was very condescending, which is their loss because I will never go back. Never dismiss the power of the purse!

After they completed the oil change and inspection, they called me and explained, in order of priority, the items they uncovered that needed to be fixed and why. They also told me what could wait and how long they could wait. I asked them to complete a couple of the less expensive and more urgent options, and you can bet that I will be coming back to West Chapel when it's time to address the larger ticket items.

West Chapel Auto gets an A+ - from the initial phone contact, to the very helpful free ride home, to the finished product and everything that happened in between.

I would recommend them to all my friends, and even my enemies if I was in a particularly charitable mood. :)

Great Mechanic. Are you a woman (or a man) who has felt a little out of her element when she had to go to her mechanic? Are you tired of feeling vaguely screwed by your mechanic? And, not in a good way.

Then, listen here. The friendly folks at West Chapel Auto are here to ease your auto anxiety.

My car broke down over the weekend, when they were closed. They returned my phone call before 8 am Monday to say they could do the work THAT DAY.

When I drove my ailing car into the garage, I walked in on a conversation between the mechanic and an older woman getting ready to drive to New York in her newly repaired car. From the conversation, I gleened two things: First, this woman loved them. Second, the mechanic was a respectful guy.

I left my car there, and before noon they'd called me with a full breakdown of all that they'd found, what it would cost and a promise they could be done by 6 p.m. that day.

It was a fast, friendly, and efficient experience. Can I get an amen?
