Best Mexican food in NJ. Excellent Food and plenty of it. Chips are served to each table with medium and hot salsa upon arrival. Rice and refried beans come with each entree. The refried beans are the best I have ever tasted (normally I won't eat refried beans, but here, I eat them all). The food is served hot and fresh. A three item combo platter will provide enough leftovers for a second meal. Service is fast and friendly. Our waitress came by often to make sure everything was OK. My wife did not like the martini she ordered and they happily replaced it with a bay breeze. This restaurant offers a scenic view of a tributary of the Shrewsbury River. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the smothered burritos and chimichangas. An excellent family restaurant with a separate, well stocked bar. I really enjoy dining here.…
