STAY AWAY>>>BAD PRICES AND PRACTICES. This place is garbage. The prices are no where near reasonable. I was told it would be 40 for two speakers installed in my car, I drop off my car. I call the at 3:00 on the day they are doing the install and they say a half hour. I wait an hour and a half for a call then I call back. My car was finished but apperently I wasnt worth calling? I get there and I find my bill to be 80...double my quote. Angrily I pay it, just wanting my sound system to work. I get in my car and the speakers straight up dont work. I went back in and was told something about my headunit not working with them. So, instead of calling me and asking me what I wanted to do...they installed speakers they knew wouldnt work and charged me double what I was quoted. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF ESTABLISHMENT? If you enjoy FRUSTRATION, OVERPAYING, and an UNFRIENDLY STAFF...make sure to swing by Monmouth Stereo.
