Micanopy's Best Kept Secret.
The 1st time a friend suggested this to me I thought he was nuts and amazing barbecue joint wouldn't be hidden in the back of a gas station in the middle of nowhere, but I was wrong.
The meat is smoked on site and everything from the breakfast sandwiches to the brisket are amazing and well priced. My last visit I sat next to a crew of tree trimmers on one side and some doctors on a saturday afternoon bike ride. Everybody loves this place!
Don't expect table service you order your food and pay at the check out with the people buying gas and then you seat your self. Trust me it's worth it.…
