very unprofesional and rude

I booked a flight about a month ago but decided to call 2 days before flight to confirm. Some guy named Darin told me they had cancelled so they could fly in Ogden. He rescheduled for the next week. I was very nice considering I could have showed up and been screwed, well the next week I showed up and got screwed anyway. He denied knowing who I was and didn't help me at all, so after waking up at 4:30am, driving an hour to Park City all I got as an oh well. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I wish I would have read this reviews before I decided to do this.
