Total Ripoff. Took my 42 inch Philips for "repair" and found out that only thing that was done was the back was taken off and put back on again. Was charged $182 dollars for this...might as well leave your TV on the curb and walk away.

You're better off THROWING your TV away.

on 03/19/2011, I took my tv for repair and was very impressed when I got it back the next week. THEN...I realized that it WASN'T fixed at all (I paid $126.09 for the "repair").
I took it back, and have been waiting for it ever since. Every time I call, he tells me that they are still waiting for parts (very nonchalantly) and that they will call me for status. I've never once received a call from them.
Today was the latest call I made and he gave me same excuse and told me that it was "that's the way the industry is". I STRONGLY doubt that....needless to say I asked for a refund and my tv back (for a second time) and he refused...so I filed a complaint with BBB...this guy is ridiculous...you can't just treat people's property like that and think you can get away with it.
I was trying to give them no stars, but wasn't able to....you are BETTER OFF throwing your tv in the trash then bringing it here.
