Improvements: hours of operation and not enough days for dental cleaning appointments. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. If I have an issue I feel like the staff is always fast to try and fix it.

I love the Dental Group at Frederick. I love the Dental Group at Frederick , Maryland!! They are professional and trust worthy. I never thought visiting the Dentist would be cool!! I am pleased with the pricing and the work done on my teeth! I think the Staff is great and the work place looks very clean!! I would highly recommend this dental Group to anyone!!!

All of the staff conducted themselves professionally. All of the staff conducted themselves professionally and made me feel they cared about me and my oral health needs. I hope the staff does not change!!!

Crooked Car Mechanics of the Dental Industry. 20 years with no issues and I go to Bright Now Dental and am told by the female dentist I have 9 cavities after looking at my mouth for 10 seconds. Then out at the front desk the male receptionist also tells me I have advanced periodontal disease and will need to be treated every 3 months for life. Apparently their receptionist can also diagnose without looking at your mouth. He then gave me an estimate for over $3600 in dental work and started scheduling me for parts of it without even letting me get a cleaning first. I was so upset I got up at 2am the next morning and did some research on this bunch and saw how others had similar stories as mine at Bright Now Dental in Frederick. It has been about 6 weeks since I went there and I got in with a different dentist practice today where I got a cleaning. Guess what? I have Zero cavities and no periodontal disease!! I was told I should be flossing a little more but other than that they would see me again in 6 months for another cleaning. I wish there was more I could do than just write a review to let people know about these crooks.
